By initiating access to this platform, you execute an agreement to comply with all protocols, restrictions, and requirements outlined herein. Non-compliance necessitates immediate termination of system access.

2.0 SYSTEM CLASSIFICATION

9.0 LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

To maximum extent permitted by law, Matrixon and associated entities shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from system use. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, profits, or business interruption.

Total liability for any claims shall not exceed zero, as system is provided free of charge with no financial transactions.

10.0 USER INDEMNIFICATION

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Matrixon from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from user's system access, terms violation, or infringement of third-party rights.

11.0 GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by applicable law without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels as determined by jurisdictional authority.

12.0 TERMS MODIFICATION

System administrators reserve authority to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon implementation. Continued system access after modifications constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

13.0 SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this Agreement is deemed unenforceable, that provision shall be limited to minimum extent necessary while remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

14.0 COMPLETE AGREEMENT

This Agreement, combined with Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitutes complete understanding between user and Matrixon regarding system use, superseding all prior communications or proposals.
